We are looking for Training & Competence Assessor for our Services facility based in East Ham London Your Role You will assist the Technical Training Manager in ensuring that staffs employed by Services Division in the UK are demonstrably competent to carry out their tasks and responsibilities in line with current legislation and industry standards. Your Challenges •Carry out competence assessment of staff using Bronze, Silver and Gold process and ensure records are maintained to an auditable standard •Develop and deliver standardized technical training including effective safety and quality training to all Services UK staff, transfer core technical skills and knowledge to operations staff •Ensure standardization and visualization of the Services UK training approach (e.g. training hours, skills matrices, training booking) with continued ownership of training need identification by line managers •Ensure personal development in new skills to enable knowledge transfer Qualifications •Qualified to degree level or equivalent in an Engineering discipline •Qualified Assessor D32/33/A1, ideally qualification in training techniques and processes. Applicants •Extensive knowledge of core training processes including training needs analysis, solution design, evaluation •Competence Management Verification skills and knowledge •Able to coach and train individuals in new techniques, tools and Bombardiers ways of working •You will have good interpersonal skills and be able to communicate at all levels •You will be a strong team player
