Job Description
Role Description: As a technical support engineer you will be a key member of an integrated team that strives to deliver a safe, reliable and cost effective rail service to the customers and meet service levels. While you will be the first line support for the depots maintenance technicians, you will use your expertise within Electrical and Mechanical Engineering to undertake technical trouble shooting on a fleet of 26 rolling stock units. Required Experience: You will have existing experience within a Technical Support role within the UK rolling stock industry. You will be educated to at least NVQ level 3 within electrical engineering (ideally gained within a rolling stock maintenance depot) and will be a natural problem solver with the drive to succeed in this key role within my clients engineering team.
