Job Description
We currently seek a Systems Engineer for a project in Singapore to join our client’s team of experienced professionals. You will be working for a leading transport infrastructure company on a major rail project. This permanent position will be suited to a candidate with previous international experience. The team will also be involved in the mobilisation and early delivery phases of projects carried out in the region. You will have knowledge and/or experience of the following: • Experience of leading a team and managing the design process. • Commercially aware with experience of bidding for packages of work. • A background in carrying out conceptual design, detailed design and supervision of a wide variety of signalling projects. • A working knowledge of Railway Signalling Standards and appropriate legal requirements is necessary. Essential Requirements: • HND or Degree level education in Engineering discipline. • Appropriate IRSE licence for the area of specialism. • Experience in the use of Systems Engineering techniques and DOORS. • A broad base of Engineering skills, competencies, product knowledge and experience covering Design, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Project Engineering, Test, Installation and Assurance.
