Job Description
My client is looking for a sub-agent to be based out of the Midlands for works to be carried out as part of a Station Refurbishment Project, including Platforms, Lifts and Stairs which all encompass M+E based work.

DUTIES:
*The main duties of the role will entail you supervising the Engineers on site and quality documentation and the day to day running of the Project.
*You will also be responsible for making sure all the Designs and Packages are delivered on time.

REQUIREMENTS:
*My client is looking for someone who has a good M+E and Civil background that includes previous works on Station Refurbishments or Depot Upgrades.
*They are also looking for someone who has had a good amount of super visionary experience.

There is initially a 3-6 month contract available, however further work is expected to be won for further packages on the Project which essentially means the potential of securing a long term contract.
