Job Description
My client are a growing consultancy with a global presence, working on building projects across several continents.They currently have a requirement for a Senior Planner to help with the construction management on some of their larger projects. Working alongside one of the Partners, you will be solely responsible for a large number of major building projects, including leisure, commercial, residential, industrial, etc. Ultimately, this position will be very client facing and there is scope to work within the rail and power projects in the future. Ideally, the successful candidate will have the following experience: - Previous experience of planning on large scale construction schemes in the UK or abroad. - Planning experience within other sectors (on top of construction experience) would also be of interest for the future. - Proficient in latest planning software. - A relevant engineering/construction degree would also be advantageous. - Capable within a client-environment (i.e. good communication skills, etc). - Eligible to work in the UK. In return, my client are offering an excellent salary of up to £55,000 per annum plus car allowance, pension, health and flexible benefits.
