Job Description
Our client is currently recruiting for one of the UKs biggest ever projects. This is your chance to get involved on a multi-billion pound project which will leave a lasting legacy not only in London but throughout the whole of Great Britain. We require Senior Construction Planners to working on this major project for an excellent rate of £400-450 per day or a permanent salary of £50-60,000. You will be required to provide construction planning input on this £multi-billion project. The candidate must have a track record of developing programmes from 1st principals through all RIBA stages of work. You will have knowledge/experience of the following: Preparing and maintaining cost/ resource loaded schedules in P6 Preparing progress reports for review and identifying variances from the project baseline plan Highlighting key milestone and critical path issues and proposing corrective actions Analyse trends such as changes/compensation events KPI Reporting You must have strong experience of: P6 Planning and delivery of major construction & engineering projects, preferably within the UK rail sector Programme processes and reporting
