Job Description
My client are a leading consultancy operating across the Globe with a noticeable presence within the following sectors - Oil & Gas - Highways - Rail - Energy Due to a number of awards within the Highways sector my client are looking to recruit a number of Senior Commercial Managers. Based in the London area you will be part multi £million projects within Highways maintenance and new construction with the company have key ventures with some of the UK’s most notable Civil Engineering contractors. You will manage a team of project staff and undertaking duties through from pre to post contract stages including - Estimating - Tendering - Bid management - Variations - Change control - Final accounts - Cost reporting and management - Presenting to the client - Building lasting business relationships with the client and contractors Your key role will focus around Asset Management As the ideal candidate you will have gained extensive senior experience within the Highways sector at a Commercial Managers Level. You will ideally hold a civil engineering degree and have a strong desire to progress people and the company
