Job Description
Department & how it relates to the role This is a part-time (22.5 hours Wed-Fri) role covering a Fixed Term period of Maternity leave within IM reporting. About the role (External) Work Deliverables 1. Analyse data and produce management information reports for the IM Leadership Team and IM Managers. Produce and create operational, financial and commercial reports for specific services 2. Measure and monitor performance against IM’s KPIs and provide inputs to the IM Balanced Scorecard. Control the production and circulation of performance information 3. Propose reporting solutions and measures for SLA targets and overall performance 4. Provide information to support assurance reviews and governance meetings, including the IM Investment Panel and Supplier reviews. 5. Collate and edit reporting content and assist the dissemination across IM and to other stakeholders. 6. Provide input and analysis to assist in defining performance measurement requirements to support new and revised contracts 7. Support IM Managers by providing information to resolve disputes, issues and mitigate risks Essential Skills • Experienced data analyst capable of undertaking analytical reviews and producing performance statistics • Understanding of methods and techniques for problem investigation • Strong communication skills and ability to articulate issues clearly and confidently • Proactive working attitude and commitment to work as a part of a team or on own initiative Desirable: • Knowledge of supplier relationship management • Knowledge of Oracle Discoverer and Crystal Reports or other business intelligence tools
