Job Description
Job Description Due to the awarding of a new project, our client, a leading multi disciplinary contractor is seeking to employ a Quantity Surveyor to be based on a 12 to 18 month contract in the Yorkshire region. You will be working on a project to refurbish and replace track along a section of line in the South Yorkshire and Lincolnshire regions, as such, experience of working on similar projects within the rail industry is essential. You will have a strong commercial background, ideally being degree qualified or equivalent in a related subject, and with considerable experience of working within the rail industry on a variety of projects. It is also essential that you are capable of working within a projects team, and being able to work under your own supervision. You will have strong IT skills, good communication skills and an attention to detail.
