Job Description
My Client has an immediate requirement for a Quantity Surveyor to be based in London. It is essential that you have relevant skills and qualifications as outlined below HND, HNC Railway accredited PTS At least 5 years experience on the construction and commercial delivery of, civil engineering and building related projects. Operation of Framework Contracts Estimating Excellent written and verbal communication skills and also be Computer literate. Preparation and submission of business cases. Management of CVR process. Knowledge and awareness of team dynamics strength and weakness and ability to contribute to maximising strengths Ability to resolve commercial issues on project work with individuals or groups demonstrating the paramount importance of budget profit and quality issues. Ability to lead team, to maximise opportunities to grow the scopes of work instructions Develop strong relationships with Finance Manager Friendly and confident, persistent and assertive. Decisive when required Maintain a strong but professional relationship with Client Commercial Team. Ability to speak clearly, concisely and confidently using language and manner appropriate to the situation avoiding the use of jargon High written skills Should you have all of the above and more then please apply.
