Job Description
My client is a leading Mechanical and Electrical firm, they currently require an M&E QS / Mechanical & Electrical Quantity Surveyor to join their existing team of experts. Position: M&E QS / Mechanical & Electrical Quantity Surveyor Location: Depending on where the successful candidate lives - London and surrounding counties including Hampshire, Berkshire and Surrey. Salary: - Approx £45,000 per annum - Car/car allowance - Health - Pension - (Client will pay market rates Expectations from client is approx £45,000 per annum Candidates seeking less or more will also be considered) Experience required: - 5 or more years M&E Quantity Surveying experience - Proven ability to manage projects from inception through to completion - Excellent communication skills / client facing skills - Experience managing junior members of the team is an advantage - Experience working within schools / data centres in an advantage Projects / Sectors: Up to £5m in value - Sectors include Commercial, Education, Industrial, Government, MOD, Health, Rail, Data Centres - Technology Summary: My client is a market leader in the Mechanical and Electrical sector, they offer the successful Quantity Surveyor the opportunity to work on a good range of projects in and around the London area.
