Job Description Our client is a large consultancy which is helping undertake a multi-billion pound project at Heathrow. They require a Project Controls Manager to join them within their team which is fully integrated in the client?s offices. Job Role To implement and manage the processes, planning and reporting expertise necessary for the Infrastructure Programme Director and Solutions Managers to be in control of their projects by bringing together scope, time, cost, risk and change control data into an integrated picture of how well the programme and each project are performing using earned value as one of the performance measurement tools. Responsibilities Responsibility for the delivery of Project Controls on the Programme. Ensure that project elements such as scope, schedule, cost, earned value, change, risk and value, quality assurance and health & safety can be consolidated and integrated to deliver the MPR, Executive & CAPEX reports each month meet published deadlines.
