Job Description
A large consultancy currently has a requirement for a Project Controls Manager to work on various aspects of a major rail project in London. The role will involve man-management and client-liaison, as well as hands on project planning and cost controlling. Our client are looking for an individual with strong technical planning/project controls experience, including strong P6 skills, earned value analysis, critical path, ensuring project controls requirements are being met, cost estimating, cost control, cost forecasting, etc. A background in the rail sector would also be particularly advantageous, given the project in question. Good opportunities for progression exist within this organisation and solid performers can expect regular performance reviews. Ideally, our client are seeking an individual with the following experience: - Significant experience in project planning/project controls with good excellent cost experience, etc. - Proficiency with Primavera P6. - Capable of liaising with senior management/clients at a senior level. - Good man management experience. - Eligible to work in the the UK.
