Job Description
Role Description Overseeing the commercial and financial elements of project delivery, the successful applicant will; - Define financial plans for the duration of the project to optimize project cash flow - Manage internal and external stakeholders - Ensure projects are delivered to the customers requirements - Identify additional, prospective revenue streams within projects - Develop strategies to mitigate risk within the projects - Be responsible for claims managements, ensuring robust processes are in place and adhered to Person Specification The successful applicant will be degree qualified (ideally holding an MBA) with a demonstrable track record in project control. This to include extensive experience of; - project costing and review complying with International Financial Reporting Standards - full P&L responsibility within multi million pound projects - contract law and claims/ dispute management - management and leadership of teams Excellent communication and negotiation skills are naturally expected of all applicants. Experience working within a project and service business for large capital equipment is essential, ideally rail vehicles.
