Job Description
Our Client a world leader in Transportation Systems, with more than 100 transport customers worldwide, 6,000 people specialised in transportation activities. Providing mission-critical information systems to mainline rail, urban transport and road operators. They have an immediate requirement for a Planning Manager to work on London Underground Projects. Role; As a Planning Manager you will have proven competency in the use of the Primavera P3e planning tool. You will be responsible for all planning and reporting activity on specific parts of the upgrade project and have leadership responsibility for a team of planners. Duties; Preparation and maintenance of contractual ‘look-ahead’ plans; Development of manpower loading reports for specific project activity; Monitoring the allocation of budgeted resources to each activity. Monitoring and updating of site schedules with actual hours expended and Estimated time to complete. You will become involved in aspects of Cost loading, risk management and will need to be comfortable offering consultation at senior management level. Technical & Professional skills You must be competent with Primavera P3e, have London Underground / Rail experience and be well organised with strong leadership skills.
