Job Description P6 Tender Planner Company Overview; Our client is a major civil engineering contractor with a no of framework contracts in the UK and Internationally. The client is an internationally renowned employer whose values have always been ‘reward for effort’. The Role: Due to a busy workload our client is looking to grow its tendering department with a P6 Planner to work on tender plans. Some types of projects you will be involved are as follows; - Station Refurbishments - Embankments Stabilizing - Station Roofing - Signal Box, OLE Foundations - Platform Extensions - Rail Bridges - Earthworks Brief overview of Duties: Producing robust Tender plans in P6 Carrying out updates as required Liaising with client on amendments Participating in Tender and Planning Meetings as required Must Have Requirements: General Civil Engineering Construction experience gained either as a site engineer or manager. Excellent Planning skills in P6. Ideally worked on rail project. Advantageous: Ideally HND or Degree in Civil Engineering, but will accept candidates with considerable experience in P6 /P3 and a good understanding of civil engineering construction works.
