Brief Vacancy Description

This is an exciting opportunity for an experience administrator to add value to the Property works team, specifically within their works atrium system. You’ll provide admin support to team containing a plethora of professions, from engineers, to site managers to commercial and procurement analysts. This role is based in a depot, but will regularly liaise with Head offices, other depots and various different sites and suppliers.

Detailed External Job Description

This role is primarily office based and will require you to carry out work on the Property works atrium system, duties will include:

Raising works order, issuing them to operatives, making sure the orders do not fall behind on attendance date etc
Keeping real time updates on the works orders including all costs for each job
Utilising your advanced communication skills and pleasant telephone manner as well as working from own initiative.
Arranging stationary and office supplies, also ordering clothing and PPE for the operatives
Booking and diarising the meeting room for various parties
Collating operatives time sheets and holiday requests
Managing the office alone when managers are out on site or in meetings

Do you have….?

· Experience with diary management, minute taking, and report writing?
· Experience managing a busy department and providing secretarial support across multi-disciplinary teams?
· A confident manner and the ability to forge strong internal and external relationships?
· A positive, professional attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure?
· IT literacy and competency in programmes such as MS Office and Excel?
