Department Description NOTE: THIS ROLE IS A 12 MONTH SECONDMENT/FIXED TERM CONTRACT - MATERNITY COVER Brief Vacancy Description This role will involve working closely with the Head of Marketing to agree the main priorities and strategies for the internal marketing team. The individual will oversee and manage the workload of two marketing executives and be required to create marketing plans and act as an account manager for internal customers on marketing issues. Detailed External Job Description Other responsibilities will include: * To manage all budgets relating to internal marketing team work * To liaise with and influence Directors and senior stakeholders * Manage relationships with external suppliers * Overall responsibility for the delivery all corporate events * Overall responsibility for the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns * Approve all requests for external awards submissions * Act as a brand guardian * Deliver on multiple campaigns, using initiative and organisational awareness to prioritise. Skills * Accurate written communication skills, strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills * Excellent networking skills * Corporate events experience * Team player who is business minded * Drive and pro-activity with decision making skills * Tact and diplomacy * Organisational and administrative ability * Time management and prioritisation * CIM qualifications.
