Job Description
Due to continued success our client is looking to employ the services of a Managing Quantity Surveyor with a background in construction and rail. Our client has a turnover of over £80 million and over 130 employees and is looking forward to future project security with recent wins. The ideal candidate will live within commuting distance of North West London and be looking to join an ambitious growing contractor. The projects you will be working on are overseeing the commercial side of the Reactive Maintenance Contract (£4m per annum) they are carrying out projects for Tube Lines. Managing QS 10 years experience Degree Qualified (in Quantity Surveying) Salary range £55k - £60k
