Job Description
Role Description This is an excellent opportunity for a NEBOSH qualified Health and Safety Adviser, working on multi disciplined Rail projects. My client is looking for an experienced Health and Safety Advisor to be responsible for the implementation of Health and Safety on site, ensuring that Rail standards are adhered to. This will involve covering a number of civil/Construction sites in the Western territory. The role will entail: -the development and implementation of a Safe site culture -Managing the compliance of H&S in adherence with rail standards -working in tandem with the Site Management team -Compiling and presenting H&S reports to the Regional Manager -Addressing any H&S issues and ensuring these are resolved swiftly The type of projects you will be working on include: -Station and Bridge Refurbishments -Signal Box Refurbishment -Canopy replacements -M&E Refurbishments Suitable candidates Successful candidates will be NEBOSH qualified, with around 3-5 years experience in a rail environment be it civil Engineering, Signalling, P-Way or Infrastructure works. Salary and Package This role offers a salary starting at £28,000 per annum plus a company vehicle or allowance. There are excellent opportunities for career development with the constant growth of the rail team. Client Profile Our client is a multi disciplined Engineering company, with a range of major projects and frameworks in the Rail, Highways, Water and Gas industry. In this role you will be working in their successful rail team.
