Finance Shared Services is responsible for all transaction processing that supports the financial and business activities of the company. The Receivables department is responsible for raising invoices, credit control and cash management. Brief Vacancy Description Responsible for the integrity of Business and Financial Reports. Develop reporting interfaces within Finance and develop processes to enable compliance with all relevant requirements and assist with the development of report solutions to meet management information needs. Detailed External Job Description Develop and update the standard suite of financial reports in accordance with internal and external stakeholder requirements. Maintain the integrity of the working capital and financial reports with comprehensive reconciliation and controls both for system and manual interfacing. Support the completion of financial returns required by statutory, regulatory, Inland Revenue, Customs and Excise, Corporation Tax and Group Accounting Policy. Compile robust cash flow forecasts. Responsible for preparation and updating of relevant technical standards and ensuring all Shared Services functions comply with all relevant legislation, statutory requirements and accounting standards. To drive improvement of processes and provide documented evidence of personal and team achievements.
