Job Description
Job Description Our client, a leading contractor within the rail industry is seeking to employ an Estimator to be based in their Derbyshire office working on a contract basis. You will be required to offer estimating advice and assistance on the bidding of high value multi disciplinary rail projects throughout the UK. Projects are civil engineering based, however they do involve other areas of the rail infrastructure, such as signalling, overhead line, station works (and associated M&E). It is essential that you have considerable Estimating experience, with a significant amount of this experience being gained working on rail projects. Ideally you will also have had experience of working on high value projects, and of multi disciplinary works, and will have a commercial or construction related qualification.
