Description: About the Company: An established rail contractor operating on London Underground and Network Rail contracts. Works revolve around maintenance, facilities management and capital projects. Current turnover is reaching £100m. About the Role: They require an experienced estimator capable of taking control of the estimating department overseeing around four estimators. You will be tasked with leading the team in tendering and pricing competitive and negotiated works. The suitable candidate will get involved in some bid management and work closely with the pre-construction Director to ensure new works are secured. About the Candidate: * Be able to manage and lead a team * Have a good background in Network Rail contracts * Ideally degree qualified * Structured permanent working career, showing progression and achievements throughout
