Role Description
You will be working along side other driver managers ensuring that all companys safety critical staff (including drivers and depot operatives) are compliant with industry & company competence & safety standards. In addition to this, your role will see you undertaking a numerous amount of managerial tasks including undertaking performance reviews, incident investigations and general staff training.

Required Experience
The successful candidate will have been working in a similar role within the UK rail industry and will be competent in train driving techniques, rules & regulations and Personal Track Safety. Ideally, you will hold the A1 & L12 training qualifications but we will welcome applications from candidates without this as training can be given.
