Job Description Building / Housing Inspector required for a main contractor operating on a reactive maintenance contract in Kent The successful candidate will collaborate with the Client organisation, occupants and sub-contractors to ensure effective solutions are identified and implemented to solve maintenance defects. Ideally you will have a HNC in Building Studies and relevant experience in housing maintenance / inspections. There are multiple sites in Kent so a clean driving licence is a must.
