Job Description
Role Description
The successful candidate will be working at their clients site and will be responsible for reviewing and amending processes and procedures to vehicle maintenance regimes.
- Continuously review and monitor the process for Repairables Management to ensure components are correctly identified and moved around the supply chain expeditiously to maximise availability and reduce costs.
- Ensure defective material claims are processed using best practice to eliminate delays.
- Monitor the integrity of Kits of Parts supplies and examine the routines for returning repairable components, proposing improvements where identified
- Develop process to regularly review appropriateness of Kit contents and the opportunity for new Kits to be supplied.
- Establish the customers need for Critical Spares and work closely to establish the rationale for such items setting parameters for stock holding and service levels.
- Review and reconcile the Customer order book routinely to improve stock performance and availability.

Required Experience
The successful candidate will hold knowledge and practical experience of process management, stock control, inventory & warranty systems/processes within a fleet maintenance environment. As this is a customer facing environment it is essential you possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
Candidates who hold a technical and/or auditing qualifications will hold a distinct advantage.

Benefits Package
This permanent role is offering a annual salary of up to £30,000 plus a company car is included for work activities.
